One Yoga was founded by Henrik and Danny who had been coming to Koh Phangan for many years and had a common interest in yoga, meditation, qigong and eastern spirituality in general. In late 2017 they met in the early hours every morning to practice meditation together. It was an intense program with several hours of silent meditation. Out of the silence grew the idea to start One Yoga.
